I'm just gonna say Hi to all the 81ers here- Mike, Gwen, Russ, Kirsten, Tony & Dawn.

Currently in Phoenix, AZ but about to do some training in Maryland and Los Angeles and then its on to Hawaii.

Did some AF time in TX, England & MO, returned to Germany until 2002, worked in Bosnia & Kosovo for a couple years.

Did all my reunions for Heidelberg HS, but haven't managed a MHS one yet- since Dawn left me off the class list...

Meant to reply sooner, but got caught up in the training program and internet access was almost nil.
Got all my certifications done with AKAL Security, Norwegian Cruise Lines & the Coast Guard and start work on The Pride Of America on Saturday. Should be an experience...

Hey, Kimo,

I still have one of the wooden, blue and yellow spirit rings you made in 10th grade. Man, those things were huge. Back when "The Zoo" was in it's infancy.

Does the name Zibel, Hansen, Sanders.... mean anything to you! For someone who was struggling with the language back then was something to remember. Family Theater, Perlacher Forst, McGraw Kaserne left a nice memory that to this day I cherish. I see names on the forum, I recognize. Good to see ya all around!

I remember you ... :) ( lost my yearbook in the early 80's , so bear with me !)I think we were in chemistry for a few days our senior year.

Wavy dark brown hair is what you had I believe...
Also you and I were some of the the last in line alphabetically to get our diplomas on graduation !

So, Mike, can you get away from work and family to make the reunion?
Teri and I will be there. In fact we are meeting for several days with some gals at VA Beach a week before the MAHS reunion. I'm feeling really guilty about going away from my family for longer than a week..... but this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. I sure do hope you'll be there, it will be so nice to see you along with our fellow classmates!!!!

Hey Class of 81...

Looking through the posts I see many names that are familiar and many images come to mind (not sure if I am getting the right images with the right faces however!) :)

It has been YEARS since I have seen most of you, and most of you probably do not remember much about me (kinda kept to myself). A few names come to mind:

Denise Buss('81)(got me through Mr. Sander's class)
John Zoubra('81)
Peter Everett('81) (lab partner who got me though Beckers CHEM II)
Mike Miller('81)(who can forget ELECTRONICS!)

And the group from "BA":
Susi Carpenter('81') - Thank God you knew CPR!
Jim Cole('81) - You missed some answers on your CPR Test!
Janette Housley('81) - Could drink a mass faster than anyone alive!
Alice Peek('81) - Fun times at the Chance, the Club, and HFB
Kathy Rodgers('81) - Fun times at the Chance, the Club, and HFB
Steph Turczynski('81) - Fun times at the Chance, the Club, and HFB

And finally a few of you who graduated after '81:
Eric Larsen('82)(the poet and comic on the bus ride from BA to MAHS)
JoAnn Hurley('82)(many good times at ther 'club' and BA)
Kim Rodgers('82)(another BA Alum)
Katrin Hurley('84)(BA Alum)
Brian Dibble('82)(Hey Dibbs!)
Mike Dibble('84)(Little Dibbs!)

OK, maybe a few more come to mind that I thought... great memories come to mind even typing your names!

Great forum to get back in touch

Does any one knows how this all started? Who gets the credit for our walk to memory lane? I could help to notice myself names that bring a smile to my face. John Z.- nice guy - somewhat of a rebel(was his father a teacher?) Mike Miller could get along with anyone. Now when it comes to that Electronics class, I often wondered if Mr. Coulter knew of the cheat sheet that was circulating in his class. May be as a teacher, enjoyed seeing students getting A's all the time. What happened to that chemistry teacher. anyone knows? I do not recall doing a single experiment in that class? Yet, in Biology with, I want to say, Mr. Switzer or something like it, a fragile fellow who was also known to be a vegetarian and Leonard tyrranized beyond belief, we played with the frogs and more. Greetings to all. Anyone by any chance has invented a time machine?

WOWWWWWW! Such a blast from the past. So remember you guys! Glad to see us still around and chit chatting about the good ol' days, lol. I sure miss them. I miss you all too.

Some day I'd love to attend a reunion.

I was at mahs 74-77. Now I'm in California. Mom to 3 kids, 3 dogs and to 1 hubby, lol.

Hey girl,

So glad you found this site. How are you? Where in California are you? I'm in Monterey. It's been a long time since we've had contact. Any news from Cammy? You can e-mail me at dawnners@sbcglobal.net. I'd love to hear from you.

Welcome to memory lane. :D

Dawn

Just found out I'll be going International before Christmas!!! Joined up with a group of photographers from around the western hemisphere, to get incorporated and spread the wealth. Means I'll finally be able to do this nation-wide tour I've been planning since way back. Currently in Arizona with my personal website at http://www.kimo.ifp3.com, the inc website should be up by November, and putting together plans to do the tour next spring- yup! Just before the reunion!
Got a few pix up at my site, from MAHS, in the "personal" gallery. They arent for sale, but if you'd like any of the originals, register, and I promise no spam mails, and put the photo you want into a light box and then email me. Yeah, you get the data file for free!! But only cuz ur MAHSers ;-)
Greets to Tony, Mike, Dawn, Tosti, Chris, Terry, Mike C, Jim J, Bonner, Dunford, Dail, Hampton, Eways, Towley, Conti, Gatt, Bohannen, Garcia!!![/b]
