Hey there, a field report from Rosslyn. About 60 people showed up for dinner at Old Europe on Thursday. Another 120 or so Friday night at the hotel for food, fun and frivolity. Expecting around 175+ for dinner tonight. So far, so good. Haven't run out of anything, except time!!

It's been great to see faculty, classmates and Munich 'stuff' this weekend. Tonight's the big dinner...we're rounding third and heading for home...hope y'all are having fun.

Later!!

Tony

I'd like to thank all the members of the reunion planning committee for an outstanding job! It was so uber to see so many people. My only regret was that I chose to leave early for another event (which, of course dulled in comparison... leaving me to wonder what I was thinking...)
I hear the early years are having a reunion out in my neck of the woods next year. I hope to get a Pacific NW group together, maybe our class can head out there in a few years... then again Las Vegas is, well Las Vegas...
Thank you again, and I hope to see many of you again in the hopefully not to distant future.
mark... don't blink82

PS I will post (somewhere) and send to the committee the pictures of everyone that I took at the Old German. mk

Hey Everyone,

Thanks to y'all for showing up without knowing exactly what you'd be getting...other than promises, promises.

It was good to see everyone who made the trip. We had representation from the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. While the exact number may never be known, since we had a few drop ins just to say hello...our 'official' number of attendees will go in the books at 185. I think we saw well over 200 throughout the weekend.

And I believe that makes this the biggest MAHS reunion...ever.

I'd like to take a few minutes to thank the committee again...a great team who worked without regard for their friends and family...gave up hours on the phone, running from place to place, taking care of the little things. A few people asked if the committee folks had to pay their own registration fees...and the answer to that is yes!! No free rides for that bunch (we've got real bills to pay!!). :)

Folks are sending in photos, so we'll try and get them out to a central place for all to see.

Still decompressing a bit...but keep those posts and suggestions coming. We'll catch you later.

Tony

I am still just in AWE of the last few days. I had a WONDERFUL time. I was so glad to see my old classmates. I even met some terrific people I didn't know. I can't wait to get my pics developed. Would love for some pics to be posted on the internet!

Hope we don't wait so long for the next reunion. I cannot THANK YOU (the committee) enough for ALL your hard work!!!! It was very much APPRECIATED! :D

I to would like say MUCH THANKS to the entire Reunion Committee!!! You did an awesome job!!! All the goodies in the good bag were totally unexpected - especially the huge memories book!! Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication to detail (i.e. the movie schedule).

You all deserve a great big round of applause!!! As well, a big pat on the back to everyone who made the treck to D.C. to make this the biggest MAHS Reunion EVER!!! It was great to see old friends and to make new ones!

Hope to see all of you in the near future and will do my best to keep in touch!!
