What was your favorite color used to paint the elephant, and does anyone know what happened to it and the Mustang after the school closed?

Kristin, welcome to the board. Check out this site for a number of great pics, including a few of the elephant. I believe these were taken within the last two years or so.

Gilda & Ray Northcutt get the credit for the album. If you click on any photo link and you are asked to give a username and password, please use:

"Munichalumni2" and the password is "elephant".

If anyone else has any photos or links, post and share. Danke!

I was at the school in September of '02. Both the elephant (Chameleon) and the mustang were still there.

"Sunshine -Class '57 - I remember when a bunch of from Warner got some red and white paint, traveled by trolly and applied it to the elephant with newspaper to make the elephant pink."
